This is me, Linda Coles talking to you as you read. It’s nice to make your acquaintance.

I’ve been in the digital space for many years and before that in retail working in some of the big chains in the UK. When I moved here to New Zealand, I was on the road as a Regional Manager working for one optic chain then the other. But self-employment and a change of life was what I’d come to this neat country for so I packed it in and went out on my own.

That was some years ago, about 10 actually, and in that time, I’ve worked hard with various clients, written and traditionally published four books on marketing, and another six books in the suspense genre. I do kind of like writing.

LinkedIn made me an “Influencer” when the program was launched back in 2012, along with Branson and 148 other thought leaders at the time. Last year, I flew out to New York and had a whale of a time at Thrillerfest where I met Lee Child and shared a cab to the FBI offices with Heather Graham and Dennis. That was 2017’s claim to fame. Oh, and I interviewed Karin Slaughter.

You’ll find me easy going, knowledgeable and have your best interests at heart at all times. I’m a healthy eater, a walker and runner, and my kids are of the goat variety. My home office is out rural, not far from Pukekohe.

I offer two working sessions per month to anyone who wants them and ask that they pay what my time is worth but in Food Bank dollars going to the Salvation Army. Having had breast cancer, I support cancer related charities.
